Arthur Boyd, Managing Partner

Arthur qualified as a chartered accountant in 1971 and is a licenced insolvency practitioner, member of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and member of the NI Insolvency Rules Advisory Committee.  He worked with Price Waterhouse and Spicer & Pegler in London before returning to Northern Ireland as a Partner in Atkinson & Boyd and its successor firm Deloitte & Touche. He founded Arthur Boyd & Company in 1995.   He has acted as trustee in bankruptcy, administrative receiver, administrator, and supervisor of both company and individual voluntary arrangements.             

Paula Watson, Director

FCA, BSc (Hon)

Paula qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 and is responsible for the accountancy and taxation services within the practice.

 She has significant experience in working closely with businesses experiencing trading difficulties, assisting in obtaining refinance packages and monitoring cashflow until the business is financially stable.

Ivan Durneen, Insolvency Manager

Ivan has had over 25 years experience in commerce, industry and professional practice as an accountant.  He is currently responsible for the day to day management of the Insolvency Department handing administrations, voluntary arrangements, liquidations and bankruptcies.
